"Oil and Water don't mix" our latest choreography based on a slogan from the movement to limit Tar Sands oil being shipped off the coast of BC. Choreographed by Marco, Maya, Myriam and Michael with help from Isaias Rojas. The idea for the choreogreophy came from Johannah Wetzel.
The folks in blue represent water and the folks in black represent oil (It's hard to see the difference between the follows' outfits in this vid.).
At the end the oils kill the waters at the end representing the threat that the exportation of Tar Sands oil through the coastal waters of BC poses to our coast and the environment in general:
